What is your return process?Updated a year ago

For any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, you can follow the steps below to claim a return:

1). Contact us with your order email, order ID, and reason to return.
2). After your return claim has been approved, we will send you the return address for you to ship the items back. (Items should be in unused and pristine condition with tags attached and have all original packaging included. )
3). Once the returned items are received by us, we will move on to the next process to dispatch your exchange or issue a refund. We will keep you posted if any status updates.
