Yes, mylar balloons are made from durable polyester film, it is absolutely allows for 2-3 times of reuse if well handled:

a. Deflate it gently:
When deflating the mylar balloon, you will need a drinking straw or balloon stick to insert into the valve opening until you hear the air start to release. b. Store it carefully:
Roll or keep the balloon flat to maintain their shape and print quality. Avoid folding over printed areas or making creases that could crack the metallic film. Place the deflated balloon in a clean, dry container or resealable bag to protect it from dust, sharp objects, direct sunlight, or high temperatures.

c. Refill it properly:
When refilling the balloon, make sure it is 98% full. Avoid over-inflating the balloon to minimize the stress on seams. After a few uses, the seal and valve might weaken, making it harder to hold helium and air. If you notice air escaping around the valve, sealants or clips can temporarily help, but the balloon may reach the end of its usable life after several cycles.
