• Gift cards;
• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable;

Note: Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are created specifically according to the customer’s selections and therefore cannot be resold. As a result, these items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
